Taking place in Washington, D.C., New York City, and San Francisco, nine chefs from MICHELIN-starred restaurants will prepare a unique multi-course dinner menu with food and beverage pairings inspired by your favorite international travel destinations.

  • Thursday, December 2 & Friday, December 3, 2021
Chef Ryan Ratino (Bresca and Jônt , Washington, D.C.) will host Chef Danny Lledó (Xiquet , Washington, D.C.), and Chef Suzette Gresham alongside her Chef de Cuisine, Seth Triansky (Acquerello and soon-to-be-opened Sorella, San Francisco). Together, these chefs will take diners on a journey of Western-European and Mediterranean-inspired dishes and flavors.

Washington, D.C. WAITLIST

Chef David Shim (COTE , New York) will host chefs Nozomu Abe (Sushi Noz , NYC), and Minh Phan (Phenakite , Los Angeles). Together, these chefs will take diners on a journey of Asian-inspired dishes and flavors.

This experience includes a welcome reception, tasting menu created by all three chefs, beverage pairing, and a takeaway gift.

Destination: Latin America

Chef Val Cantu (Californios , San Francisco) will host chefs Jordan Rosas (Barndiva , Healdsburg, CA) and Juan Manuel Barrientos (Elcielo , Washington, D.C.). Together, these chefs will take diners on a journey of Latin American-inspired dishes and flavors.

You must use your eligible Capital One Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card to take purchase tickets. Excludes private label retail credit cards. Tickets are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. By participating in these opportunities, you may be revealing that you are a Capital One customer.

Tickets are offered from Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at 12:00 a.m. ET until tickets are sold out, while supplies last.

The drinking pairing is included in the ticket price, but a non-alcoholic option is available. IDs will be checked at the event for those who selected the alcoholic option. Please bring a valid government-issued identification such as a driver’s license or passport for proof of age.
